Cincinnati: A Riverfront Getaway in Southern Ohio
Surrounded by hills and located on the Ohio River (that’s Northern Kentucky across the water), Cincinnati is a fun town year-round. You can go to a Reds game or visit the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, stroll through neighborhoods like Over-the-Rhine (which is a notably well- preserved area with 19th-century architecture), and partake in outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking on the river. In the winter, there may be no better place to eat. When it’s time to dine, our two-day itinerary has you covered. We’re going to take you to try classic Cincy dishes like goetta and chili, grab drinks at breweries and cocktail bars, get ice cream (it’s our favorite anywhere), and dine at some top newcomers on the scene.
